I dropped off am Amazon return package on the weekend at a UPS depot near my house . It was too large to fit in their drop box so I used the locker to deposit it and received an email confirmation. Four days later there is no record of the package other than that a label has been created. I went to the customer service desk at this location today and was told that there isn’t anyone on-site that can open up the locker to retrieve the package. WT everloving F? I was given a number of someone to call that could retrieve the package, but of course he hasn’t called back. I just spent 20 minutes listening to apologies over the phone from them saying that they were going to escalate it, etc...
I swear, if something doesn’t happen in the next few hours I’m going down there with a crowbar and getting my damn package out of their stupid locker. It’s not going that far, only near Chicago, and should have been at the destination in ONE DAY per UPS themselves. In the meantime, my money is held hostage because UPS didn’t bother to get a package that is sitting there in their locker at their own warehouse. What is so damn difficult?

I had an online order that arrived yesterday, I was not notified at all, package went straight to the UPS store. Didn’t even leave a notice slip, I didn’t know about it until I was wondering where it went and checked my original order receipt.
Went there today to pick it up , guy was saying could be that they didn’t put my unit number, but I peeled off the additional label they put on top of the original one to redirect the package... low and behold, the unit number was right there.
The guy must be blind or something...

I returned a package to Amazon while back via their automatic UPS return system thing. Dropped it off at the local UPS store and got the confirmation it was on it’s way and got as far as Quebec (I’m in Nova Scotia)....that was it, it’s status never changed again after 3 weeks. I finally contacted UPS and told them something was up. They were just like “We’ll look into it.”
Finally they got back to me and said “yeah, it’s lost”....I was pissed as I wasn’t supposed to get my refund ($120 order) until the package was returned, so I contacted the seller, explained what happened gave them the tracking number for the return etc and the seller refunded me the money luckily.
